POLARIS POP-UP RETURNS FOR ONE NIGHT

’Polaris’ is a star in the northern circumpolar constellation of Ursa Minor. It is designated α Ursae Minoris (Latinized to Alpha Ursae Minoris) and is commonly called the North Star or Pole Star.

Polaris is often considered a guiding light, a way to find your way home when tossed by the stormy waters. It offers a little bit of comfort, just when one needs it most. Our fried chicken and burgers guided many through uncertain times, and when our dining room was closed, it offered us a way to stay afloat, and for that, we are eternally grateful. So, without further ado, we are excited to finally give this little pop-up a fitting name – Polaris Pop-up!

Casual service style. Casual Menu. Wine & beer beverage specials. It is highly possible that we will sell out, so we recommend you pre-order before we open at 4pm. You can take your food to-go, or dine in, regardless if you pre-order.
