The Ursa Minor Pantry is a project that we dreamt up in the middle of the darkness of the pandemic, while our dining room remained closed. In a way, this project felt like a beacon of hope, something that we could get excited about when the pandemic felt limiting and overwhelming. When days felt repetitive and monotonous, it was one of the things that kept us moving forward. When the present can feel wavering, we hope that this little corner of our restaurant can provide a little something special and unique to add a bit of sunshine to your day.
