POLARIS POP-UP

’Polaris’ is a star in the northern circumpolar constellation of Ursa Minor. It is designated α Ursae Minoris (Latinized to Alpha Ursae Minoris) and is commonly called the North Star or Pole Star.

Polaris is often thought of as a guiding light, a way to find your way home when one gets tossed by the stormy waters. It offers a little bit of extra comfort, just when one needs it most. Our fried chicken and burgers guided many through uncertain times, and when our dining room was closed, it offered us a way to stay afloat, and for that, we are eternally grateful. So, without further ado, we are excited to finally give this little ‘pop-up that doesn’t seem to ever be going away’ a fitting name – Polaris Pop-up!

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM POLARIS POP-UP:
Casual service style. Decadent freshly ground burgers. Cravable fried chicken sandwiches. Wine & beer beverage specials. It is highly possible that we will sell out, so we recommend you pre-order before we open at 4pm. You can take your food to-go, or dine in, regardless if you pre-order.
